Colombia's eSIM
Colombia's cities are close together on a map and far apart in practice — the Andes make road travel slow, so domestic flights do most of the work. Medellín's metrocable, Bogotá's TransMilenio and Cartagena's old town all reward knowing where you are going before you set off.
Install the profile before you fly; it activates at El Dorado, Rionegro or Cartagena. Useful on arrival, since ride-hailing from inside the terminal is the standard advice in Bogotá and considerably more predictable than a street taxi.
