Most Indonesian trips begin in Bali, and Bali runs on apps more than almost anywhere in Southeast Asia. Gojek and Grab replace taxis, villa addresses are frequently just a road name plus a landmark, and the best warungs are found rather than signposted. An Indonesia eSIM handles that from arrival.
