Jersey's eSIM
Jersey has its own currency, tax system and government despite its close ties to the UK, and — a detail that surprises many British visitors — it sits outside both EU roaming and UK domestic mobile plans. A trip here from the UK mainland can trigger roaming charges people assume they've avoided.
Install the profile before you fly; it activates at Jersey Airport or on the ferry from Guernsey or France. Useful given how easy it is to assume UK coverage applies here when it doesn't.
We list 34 Jersey plans from $1.15, among the cheapest in our catalogue.
Networks and coverage
Coverage across Jersey is strong given its compact size — Saint Helier, the beaches and most of the island are well served.
There are no significant coverage gaps on an island this small and developed.
